# How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform where you have your subscription. 

**How to cancel the subscription: **
1) Log in to the platform by clicking the account icon in the top right corner.
2) Once logged in, click the same icon again and press **Account settings.**
3) Press **Subscription & packages. **Here you see your active subscriptions with information about when it will be renewed.

4) Click on the button **Stop subscription **to cancel the subscription**. **
5) You will get a pop up window where you enter the reason for canceling the subscription. Press **stop subscription** again.
6) Once its canceled, you will receive a confirmation email to the same email as your account. You will also see for how long you will have access to the content until you loose access.
