How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform where you have your subscription. 

How to cancel the subscription: 

1. Log in to the platform by clicking the account icon in the top right corner.
2. Once logged in, click the same icon again and press Account settings.
3. Press **Subscription & packages. **Here you see your active subscriptions with information about when it will be renewed.

4. Click on the button Stop subscription to cancel the subscription. 
5. You will get a pop up window where you enter the reason for canceling the subscription. Press stop subscription again.
6. Once its canceled, you will receive a confirmation email to the same email as your account. You will also see for how long you will have access to the content until you loose access.
