The service provides access to all streamed material distributed by StayLive, both live and recorded (Video on Demand - VoD). If you or your organisation is interested in having your event broadcast live or available as a recording, up-to-date information on our packages is available on our website (www.staylive.se/).

About us StayLive AB is a Swedish limited liability company with registration number 556937-1080.

Terms of use When you register a user account, you also agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You must read and accept these terms and conditions before using the service. By accepting the terms and conditions of use, you agree to them and undertake to comply with them. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes to these terms and conditions. If at any time you no longer accept or are unable to comply with StayLive's Terms and Conditions, you may no longer use the Service, even if you have an account, and you should contact StayLive to cancel your account. Changes or amendments to the Terms will be made available on the website or sent to the registered email address 14 days before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after the change or amendment to our Terms has become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the new Terms.

What devices can I watch from?

You can watch via a web browser, mobile phone and tablet or if the platform has an app from Staylive. You can also use Chromecast or AppleTV to watch live broadcasts and videos. If you want to watch via a browser, we recommend Google Chrome. Devices we recommend:

Why can't I watch via SmartTV?

We have no official support for watching our broadcasts via Smart TV, although it may work on some devices.

Instead, we recommend using a Chromecast or Apple TV to watch the stream.

If you want to use Chromecast when watching via a browser, you need either a computer with Google Chrome or an Android device with Google Chrome, then the Chromecast icon should appear as expected. iOS devices with Google Chrome can unfortunately not be Chromecast with at the moment.

If you want to use AirPlay via a browser, an iOS device in combination with Safari is required for it to work. Otherwise, it is of course possible to connect a computer to a TV with a cable as well, if you have that option.

If you want to use Chromecast when watching via a web browser, either a computer with Google Chrome or an Android device with Google Chrome is required, then the Chromecast icon should appear as expected. When you visit a broadcast or video clip, the Chromecast icon will appear in the bottom right of the player. Click on it, and select the Chromecast you want to cast to.

Unfortunately, iOS devices with Google Chrome cannot be Chromecast to at this time. If you can't see the icon, there are a few things you can do:

Make sure your Chromecast is plugged in and connected to the network
Make sure your computer is on the same network as the Chromecast
Update your browser to the latest version.

AirPlay

If you want to use AirPlay via a web browser, an iOS device in combination with Safari is required for it to work. Platforms that have an app via Staylive, have full support for both AirPlay and Chromecast. If you experience problems via AirPlay, try sending the signal over via AirPlay's built-in function if you are using screen sharing.
