It says my email address is already taken, why?

If it says your email address is already taken, you probably already have a registered account with us.

You can then request a new password, which will be sent to your email address. You can request a new password by clicking on "I have forgotten my password" in the login box.

Please take a look at the spam folder, sometimes the email ends up there.
