What settings are optimal for watching a broadcast?

Browser

The service is optimal for both mobile devices such as stationary. For PC and Android we recommend Chrome as a browser and for Mac/iOS-users Chrome or Safari. Windows 10-users can also try Edge Chromium. 

Operating system

Since smooth live viewing requires the latest version of browsers, older operating systems such as Windows XP or Vista are not compatible with them. Older computers can also have a hard time handling live broadcasts in a good way.

Internet connection

To guarantee a good live broadcast, we recommend at least 5 mbit downstream.

Note that dips in your speed can vary greatly depending on e.g. type and usage of the connection, your location, time of day, other applications and browser tabs running simultaneously on your device.
