  • What devices can I watch from?
    You can watch via a web browser, mobile phone and tablet or if the platform has an app from Staylive. You can also use Chromecast or AppleTV to watch live broadcasts and videos.   • Why can't I watch via SmartTV?
    We have no official support for watching our broadcasts via Smart TV, although it may work on some devices. Instead, we recommend using a Chromecast or Apple TV to watch the stream. If you want to use Chromecast when watching via a browser, you need either a computer with Google Chrome or an Android device with Google Chrome, then the Chromecast icon should appear as expected. iOS devices with Google Chrome can unfortunately not be Chromecast with at the moment.   • My broadcast is buffering - what can I do?
    Make sure you are on a stable and fast connection. We recommend at least 5 mbit downstream. Be sure to use an updated browser, we recommend Google Chrome for PC and Android, as well as Safari for Mac / iOS. These can be downloaded here: Chrome or Safari.   • I don't have any sound on my stream
    If you have no sound, you may have accidentally muted the sound in our player. By either clicking on or raising the sound in the player, the sound should come back. If it still doesn't work, make sure you haven't muted your device.
